  1. Tips on file format setups

Native files are preferred with supporting links and fonts packaged.
InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or High Res PDF.

Images should be a minimum of 72 dpi at 100% or 720 dpi at 10%.

    Fonts should be outlined.

All 4C images and photos should be set up with CMYK color.

If a specific color match to Pantone is required, it should be specified on your Purchase Order. Depending on the color and production method, PCI may recommend a hard copy color proof approval prior to production.

    All logos should be vector.

All files should include 1” of bleed on all sides.

Upload files through the “Send a File” link on our homepage.

We suggest using useful file names in the set-up of your files so that they are easy to reference when viewing the files and correlating files to job specifications.
